Apply for a CASC Training Scholarship!
The Clinical Audit Training Scholarship (CATS) was launched in 2022 and creates an opportunity for those new to our profession to gain access to free accredited training and mentorship. CASC recognise that staff new to clinical audit benefit from appropriate training that helps them better understand what is considered best practice in clinical audit. It is important that new auditors grasp common challenges and pitfalls that those working in our field often face.
Who can apply?
If you have worked in clinical audit for less than 12-months you can apply for a CASC scholarship that will enable you to attend the accredited Clinical Audit Masterclass (via Healthcare Conferences UK). Successful applicants will also receive mentorship from Stephen and Tracy. Take a closer look at what is on offer here. How are places allocated
Since launching the scholarship scheme the level of interest has been high. As part of Clinical Audit Awareness Week 2022 we named our first cohort of scholars. Going forward, we encourage entries at any point in the year, but we will review these at the start of November and start of May. At this point we will select our next intake of scholars. Please be aware, that we want to offer scholarships to people representing as many healthcare organisations as possible. Therefore, we will only be offer one scholarship per organisation per calendar year.
